The terms that apply to this website. Project work is governed by its own agreement.

These terms apply to your use of this website. They do not govern work we do for a client: that is covered by the proposal, scope and agreement signed for that project, and where the two ever disagree, the signed agreement wins.
Using this site
You may read this site, quote from it with attribution, and contact us through it. You may not attempt to break into it, interfere with it, scrape it at a rate that degrades it for other people, or use the contact form to send unsolicited commercial messages.
What the content here is
The pages on this site describe services we offer and work we have delivered. They are written to help you decide whether to talk to us. They are not a quotation, not a guarantee of a result, and not professional advice of any kind, including legal, financial, tax or regulatory advice.
Case studies describe real projects. Figures quoted in them are the figures from those projects and are not a prediction of what a different project would produce. Every engagement has different systems, data and constraints.
Scope of a project
Nothing on this site creates an engagement. Work starts when a scope is agreed in writing and both sides sign it. Until then, anything discussed is a conversation rather than a commitment, and either of us can walk away without owing the other anything.
Intellectual property
The text, design, code and images on this site belong to Intellitech Solutions unless credited otherwise. Client names and logos shown in case studies belong to those clients and appear with their knowledge.
Source code we write for a client is handed over to that client at the end of the engagement, on the terms set out in that engagement's agreement.
Links to other sites
Where this site links somewhere else, that site is not ours and we do not control what it says or does. Following a link is your decision.
Availability
We try to keep this site up and accurate. We do not promise it will always be available or always current, and we may change or remove any page without notice.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this website or from reliance on information published on it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes with them. Continuing to use the site after that means the revised terms apply.
