This policy covers Intellitech Solutions and this website. It describes the information the site collects, why it is collected and who it reaches. It is written to be read, not to be long.
What we collect
When you use the contact form. The form stores your name, email address, subject and message. A phone number is optional and only stored if you type one. Alongside that, the site records the IP address the submission came from and your browser's user agent string, which are used to stop automated abuse of the form and for nothing else.
When you simply read a page. Nothing is stored about you. This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. A session cookie is created on the contact page and the confirmation page after it, purely so the form can protect itself against cross-site request forgery. It carries no information about you and expires when you close the browser.
Who it is shared with
A contact form submission is stored on this site's own server and emailed to info@intellitech.com so a person can reply to you. Where a customer relationship tool is connected, the same submission is also sent to it so the enquiry is not lost. We do not sell your information and we do not share it for advertising.
Pages on this site load fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser requests those files directly from Google, which means Google receives your IP address as part of that request. This happens on any site using the same service and is the only third party contacted during a normal page view.
If analytics or any other measurement script is enabled on this site, it is disclosed here before it is switched on. At the time of writing, no analytics or advertising script is running on this website.
How long it is kept
Contact enquiries are kept for as long as they are useful to answer and to keep a record of the conversation. [Set a retention period before publishing: for example, enquiries deleted after 24 months unless they become a client record.]
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to info@intellitech.com and say which of those you want. We will do it and confirm when it is done. You do not need to give a reason, and asking costs nothing.
There is no account to close and no mailing list to unsubscribe from, because this site has neither.
Security
Form submissions are stored on a server we control. Access to the administrative area is password protected and every change made through it requires an authenticated session. No method of storing data is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. Material changes to what we collect or who it reaches will be described rather than quietly edited in.
