How much does a custom web application cost?
It depends on scope: how many user roles, how many integrations, how much of the process is automated, and whether it is an internal tool or a product you intend to sell. We quote a fixed price after discovery rather than a range before it, and we run the comparison against what your current subscriptions cost over the same period.
How long does it take to build?
A focused internal tool takes four to eight weeks. A full platform with several roles and integrations runs three to six months. Final timing depends on the scope agreed after discovery. We ship in weekly slices, so changes land early while they are still cheap.
Can a custom web app integrate with our CRM or ERP?
Yes, and most projects do. Anything exposing an API can be connected: HubSpot, Zoho and similar on the CRM side, Odoo and other ERP systems, QuickBooks and Xero for accounting, Stripe for payments, plus email and storage. Legacy systems with a database but no API are usually reachable too.
